Following your contribution, you will receive an email confirmation serving as your official receipt. Please consult your tax advisor regarding how you may categorize these payments (e.g., as a business or marketing expense).
2. Use of Funds
We are committed to full transparency regarding how funds are utilized. Contributions are strictly allocated toward advancing our core missions involving sponsorship, branding, and community culture. While we honor specific project designations whenever possible, MDD Project retains ultimate discretion and control over the use of all funds to ensure they are deployed effectively in alignment with our core mission.
3. Refund Policy
As a charitable organization, we generally consider all donations to be non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occasionally occur. If you have made an error in making your donation or suspect an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at info@mddproject.com.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original donation date. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and, if a refund is approved, process it back to the original method of payment.
